[Hiring] Contracts & Integration Lead @Teleflex

Role Description

This role will report directly to the Associate Contracts Manager and support the Teleflex Medical OEM organization globally. This position is part of the Sales Operations team and has responsibility for all aspects related to customer and vendor contracts. This position requires a solid leader to manage the entire contract negotiation process, which includes:

• Strong capabilities to interpret legal language
• Strong leadership skills to manage customers (internal and external) through the process
• Exceptional communication skills

This position will also support Salesforce.com initiatives and ad hoc sales analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum five years' experience as a paralegal/legal assistant preferred
• Minimum five years’ experience managing Business-to-Business contract agreements preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience in manufacturing or the healthcare industry preferred
