Role Description

Labcorp is seeking a REMOTE Contracts Associate II position to join our team!

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm EST

The Contract Associate II is responsible for performing the vendor contracting function and overseeing the full lifecycle of vendor agreements—from drafting and negotiation through execution, renewal, and termination. This role is ideal for an individual who brings hands-on experience in contract administration and can serve as a team lead with a collaborative mindset.

This role acts as a key spokesperson for the Law Department, with Procurement, and business stakeholders to ensure that contracts are compliant, risk-mitigated, and aligned with business needs. The Contract Associate II provides both strategic and hands-on support by:

• Drafting contracts
• Reviewing redlines
• Managing vendor paper
• Driving operational excellence and consistency across the contracting process

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree with 2+ years relevant experience

Requirements

• 1+ years experience drafting and negotiating contracts, including reviewing redlines and vendor-provided documents
• Organization skills and ability to adapt to high-pressure situations
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe
• Ability to change directions in workload based on required timeframes
• Ability to work independently, and as a team, with little to no supervision
