[Hiring] Contract Specialist III, Senior Consultant @ASI Government

Role Description

The Contract Specialist III, Senior Consultant will lead cradle-to-grave acquisition support for HHS OAMS, including complex and high-visibility procurements. This role requires deep knowledge of the FAR, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with senior stakeholders.

• Provide full lifecycle acquisition support, including planning, solicitation, evaluation, award, and post-award administration.
• Draft and review acquisition documentation in accordance with FAR and HHS policies.
• Maintain contract files in eFile and ensure compliance with OAMS SOPDs.
• Support complex source selection strategies and contract types (T&M, cost-type, GWACs, MACs).
• Collaborate with Contracting Officers, CORs, and program stakeholders.
• Redirect inquiries to federal staff as appropriate.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of federal acquisition experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-visibility acquisitions.
• Proficiency with PRISM, UFMS, and other federal acquisition systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must meet clearance requirements and complete the required HHS training.

Requirements

• FAC-C Level II or III certification (preferred).
• Experience supporting HHS or other health-related federal agencies (preferred).
• Familiarity with CPARS, SharePoint, and acquisition dashboards (preferred).
