Role Description

We are seeking a Contract Attorney to join our team and provide support on transactional matters, legal research, commercial leasing, residential transactions, and general real estate matters. This is not a role for someone looking for constant supervision or a training environment. We are looking for an attorney who can step in, understand the assignment, execute efficiently, and produce reliable work product.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active membership with the Florida Bar.
• Meaningful real estate transactional experience.
• Strong drafting, writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Requirements

• Do complex real estate issues become simpler when you’re on the file?
• Produce clean work product, spot problems before they become obstacles, and execute with minimal supervision.
• Draft clean, organized work product that requires minimal revision before client delivery.
• Be highly detail-oriented and catch issues before they become problems.
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously without missing deadlines or needing repeated follow-up.
• Be comfortable with legal research and distinguish between academic analysis and practical guidance.
• Be technologically competent and comfortable using document management systems, AI-assisted workflows, and modern legal technology tools.
• Work independently and arrive with solutions, not just questions.
