Role Description

Volga Partners is seeking experienced finance, audit, insurance, compliance, and legal professionals to join our growing network of on-call AI Evaluation Specialists supporting the development, training, and evaluation of next-generation artificial intelligence models.

• Evaluate AI-generated responses, apply critical thinking, and provide high-quality feedback within your area of specialization.
• Work remotely on a flexible schedule.
• This is an on-call, project-based contract opportunity supporting ongoing AI training and evaluation initiatives.
• Project assignments will vary in duration and workload depending on client demand.
• Weekly assignments may range from 0–20 hours, depending on project availability, business needs, and individual performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Law, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience within one or more of the listed finance, audit, insurance, compliance, legal, or risk disciplines.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

• CFA Charterholder or CFA Candidate preferred.
• CPA, ACCA, ACA, CMA, CIA, CISA, MBA (Finance), JD, M.Com or equivalent professional credentials preferred.
• Experience in financial modeling, valuation, investment analysis, forecasting, auditing, insurance, compliance, risk management, legal analysis, or AI evaluation preferred.

Benefits

• Compensation: $35.00–$42.00 USD per hour (depending on qualifications and project).
