We have immediate openings for skilled Commercial Litigation and General Liability attorneys admitted to practice in Delaware with at least 3 years of experience and welcome all experience levels to apply. Qualifications

• Licensed in Delaware.
• Strong litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage cases independently.
• Trial experience preferred but not required.

• Current national base salary ranges:
  • Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000;
  • Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000;
  • Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+.
• Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
