Role Description

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP (GRSM) has immediate openings in its Chattanooga office for Civil Litigation Attorneys with at least three years of experience. This position offers a unique opportunity to join and support the Agriculture & Food Law practice group, a nationally recognized litigation team handling complex matters nationwide, with a particular focus on:

• Agricultural chemical
• Crop protection
• Food law
• Product liability
• Toxic tort
• Commercial litigation

Attorneys in this role will:

• Work closely with clients, experts, and litigation teams across multiple jurisdictions including Texas, New York, Georgia, and California.
• Participate in all phases of complex litigation, including:
• Case strategy
• Discovery
• Depositions
• Motion practice
• Trial preparation
• Client counseling
• Occasionally travel in support of nationwide litigation matters.

Qualifications

• Driven team player with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
• Strong academic credentials and demonstrated research abilities.
• Self-starter capable of handling assignments with minimal supervision.
• Trial experience is preferred but not required.
• Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Tennessee.
• Admission in one or more additional states is highly desirable, particularly for candidates interested in supporting nationwide litigation matters.
