Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Review and analyze details of how a personal injury incident occurred
• Review documents received from third party investigators and enter data into legal software system ACT!
• Process a minimum of 125 cases weekly out of Intake to Case Management
• Running and reviewing weekly data reports
• Reviewing and evaluating cases in the treating phase for efficient medical treatment
• Reviewing property damage sufficiency
• Reviewing insurance carrier liability decisions
• Reviewing ambulance and hospital billing
• Running monthly performance numbers
• Tasking case managers with appropriate follow ups in cases
• Closing out inactive cases

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills
• Prior Legal experience
• Bilingual in Spanish/English
• Strong follow up and follow through
• Ability to have good rapport with all departments
• Critical thinking and reasoning
• Ability to work independently without supervision for long hours
• Proficiency with excel / google sheets
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work with a high-volume data
• Ability to concentrate on repetitive tasks
