Role Description

We are looking for a Bilingual Pre-Litigation Case Manager to manage personal injury cases during the pre-litigation phase. Your primary focus will be:

• Drafting demand letters
• Negotiating settlements with insurance companies
• Managing cases from intake through resolution

Key Responsibilities

• Draft comprehensive demand letters outlining liability, damages, and settlement terms.
• Manage the organization of pre-litigation cases, including reviewing medical records and accident reports.
• Negotiate with insurance companies and other parties to achieve favorable settlements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication throughout the case.
• Conduct legal research to ensure accurate and legally sound documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certification preferred.
• Strong experience in pre-litigation case management or demand writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in AI tools.
• Must be based in Colombia and available for a Pacific Time schedule.
