Role Description

Our law firm is seeking a skilled and successful personal injury attorney to join our growing team and help clients find justice and compensation for their injuries. Our ideal candidate will handle case files from start to finish in litigation, have excellent credentials, and a passion for helping people.

We are looking to shift the way that personal injury cases are handled and seen by not only other legal professionals but by people in the real world. We want to make a difference in the community by breaking the misconception that personal injury law firms only care about money and "chasing ambulances." We are here to seek justice for clients by putting them first and working every case up to its maximum potential. This is not a "factory" or a "mill". • Lead and manage personal injury cases from the beginning of litigation through trial, ensuring each client receives personalized attention and advocacy.
• Collaborate with our legal team to develop innovative strategies that challenge traditional approaches to personal injury litigation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and courtroom presentations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed and empowered throughout the legal process.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel, always prioritizing the best interests of clients.
• Represent clients in court, presenting compelling arguments and evidence to achieve favorable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal injury litigation, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
• Ability to manage cases independently from initiation through trial, ensuring personalized client advocacy.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with our legal team in developing innovative litigation strategies.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and courtroom presentations.
• Excellent communication skills to keep clients informed and empowered throughout the legal process.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills to secure favorable settlements while prioritizing client interests.
• Experience in representing clients in court, presenting compelling arguments and evidence to achieve favorable outcomes.
