Role Description

This is a remote position. Seeking individual who will serve as a MS Intune and Enterprise MDM Specialist who will be responsible for planning, configuring, implementing, and supporting the agency's mobile device management and endpoint management environment with MS Azure/Entra and Intune. Additionally:

• Configure device enrollment
• Compliance policies, conditional access, application deployment, security baselines, Apple Business Manager Integration, Android Enterprise integration, migration support, troubleshooting, documentation, knowledge transfer and implementation recommendations aligned with state
• Work collaboratively with agency IT staff to modernize and streamline mobile device deployment and management process

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Intune and Endpoint Management - Required (5+ years)
• Experience implementing Mobile Device Management solutions in enterprise environments - Required (5+ years)
• Experience with MS Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) - Required (5+ years)
• Experience with Apple Business Manager and Apple DEP/ADE - Required (5+ years)
• Experience configuring Conditional Access, compliance policies, and device security policies - Required (5+ years)
• Knowledge of M365 administration and endpoint security best practices - Required (5+ years)
• Experience with device enrollment, application deployment, and policy management - Required (5+ years)
• Ability to troubleshoot enrollment, synchronization, and device compliance issues - Required (5+ years)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills - Required (5+ years)
• Experience documenting technical processes and providing knowledge transfer to agency staff - Required (5+ years)
• Experience working within state government or public sector environments - Preferred (5+ years)
• Experience migrating from Meraki or other MDM platforms to Microsoft Intune - Preferred (5+ years)
• Experience with Windows Autopilot and endpoint provisioning - Preferred (5+ years)
• Familiarity with STIG, CIS, or other security compliance standards - Preferred (5+ years)
• Microsoft Certifications related to Intune, Azure or Endpoint Management - Preferred (5+ years)
• Experience integrating mobile device management with ticketing or asset management systems - Preferred (5+ years)
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation - Preferred (5+ years)
