Role Description

Our client is seeking an Epic Analyst to support a large Epic interoperability IT initiative focused on provider connectivity, healthcare data exchange, and system optimization. This role will be responsible for supporting integrations between provider EMRs and Epic systems, helping to ensure accurate data exchange, efficient workflows, and successful connectivity across healthcare organizations.

The ideal candidate will bring strong Epic experience in connectivity, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization within payer, provider, or large healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Support provider EMR connectivity efforts, including configuration and data exchange
• Create and optimize targeted data extracts
• Configure and maintain filtering and data mapping processes
• Support membership delivery initiatives
• Troubleshoot Epic connectivity and interoperability issues
• Identify and implement system optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to support successful integration efforts

Qualifications

• Experience working with Epic systems in a healthcare environment
• Experience supporting provider connectivity, data exchange, and interoperability initiatives
• Hands-on experience with configuration, troubleshooting, data mapping, and system optimization
• Strong understanding of healthcare data workflows and EMR integrations
• Ability to work effectively with technical and operational stakeholders
• Experience in payer organizations or large academic healthcare systems is preferred
