Responsibilities

• Quickly receive, manage, and resolve support tickets in Autotime to minimize business disruption.
• Route tickets to the appropriate development teams for resolution and track ticket progress.
• Deploy solutions, such as re-running failed batch jobs, to restore system functionality.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support business-critical incidents after hours and on weekends.
• Undergo comprehensive training to master key systems and processes before transitioning to independent, on-call support.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to streamline ticket resolution and enhance system reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in systems support within enterprise IT environments.
• Proven expertise in Autotime, SQL, and Control-M.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Flexibility to participate in an evolving on-call rotation and respond to urgent situations as needed.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated ability to optimize ticketing processes and reduce mean time to resolution.
• Experience supporting payroll or workforce management systems.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management principles.
