Role Description

This Position Supports Salesforce Platform Strategic Engagement (Spse) Team's Enterprise Administration And Governance Group Across A Platform Of 10 Salesforce Orgs And Their Child Environments. Salesforce Security And Risk Reduction Are Paramount Concerns; As Well, Enabling Foundation For High Performance Production Orgs. This Position Works Across Teams To Manage Salesforce Platform Administration Applications And To Engage With Architecture, Business, Application Development, And Application Support Teams. Within That Context, The Salesforce Enterprise Governance And Admin Consultant Will Be Assigned A Matrix Of Primary And Secondary Responsibilities For A Group Of Salesforce Orgs And Its Applications. The Salesforce Enterprise Governance And Admin Consultant Will Generally Be Assigned The More Complex Orgs And The More Critical Platform Concerns. The Salesforce Enterprise Governance And Admin Consultant Should Be Able To Independently Monitor And Execute The Team's Governance And Administration Plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree and 4 years Information Technology experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 years Information Technology experience OR 8 years Information Technology experience.
• Experience in advanced technologies testing.
• Experience in application configuration.
• Experience in application development platforms / languages.
• Experience in ITIL Service Management.
• Experience in release management planning tools.
• Decision making.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps and Administration.
• Experience as a Salesforce deployment consultant/analyst supporting multiple Salesforce orgs, creation and management of pipelines, experience with code reviews, Sonar scans and management of DevOps best practices.
• Implemented complex multi-org Salesforce DevOps architectures using Copado tool.
• Experience with VCS (Github, Gitlab, Bitbucket etc), setup branching strategy, environment strategy etc.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of CI/CD deployment.
• Copado certified Functional 1 and 2 preferred but CICD certification will be considered.

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Program / project management.
• Experience in DevOps / continuous deployment / integration process & tools (Bamboo, Jira, Jenkins, RallyDev, AutoRabbit, Gearset and Flosum).

Pay Transparency Statement

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$92,700.00 - $167,500.00. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
