Role Description

We are seeking an IT Solution Analyst II who brings both technical depth and a genuine passion for healthcare IT. The ideal candidate would have 2+ years of experience in Cerner build and configuration, with an emphasis on:

• Orders
• Powerplans
• Provider Documentation (Dyn Doc)
• Health Maintenance

Knowledge of cloud-based services, Problems & Diagnosis, and Power Trials is a plus. Experience with system implementation and project management is a welcomed advantage, and a background in Healthcare IT, Engagement & Support, or Clinical Informatics will position you to contribute meaningfully from day one.

This position is fully remote and operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with participation in an on-call rotation. To be eligible, candidates must reside in one of the following states: AL, AK, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WV, or WY. Please note that candidates residing outside of these states will not be considered for this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Epidemiology, Computer Sciences, Process Engineering, Business, Healthcare, Information Systems or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in reporting and/or analytics in clinical, financial, insurance, utilization, patient satisfaction, supply chain, HR, clinical application configuration, or related field.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong technical skills (SQL/Ansi SQL, SAS, Tableau, Excel, clinical software applications, etc.).
