[Hiring] Platform Engineer II @CNX

Role Description

In our Information Technology and Global Security team, you will deliver the latest technology infrastructure, transformative software solutions and industry-leading global security for our staff and clients. You will work with the best in the world to design, implement and strategize IT, security, application development, innovation, and solutions in today’s hyperconnected world. • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines on deliverables.
• Proficient in NICE WFM and ACD systems, with a strong understanding of scheduling or command center operations.
• Self-starter with a sense of urgency, capable of working effectively under pressure.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness and capability to work remotely.
• Minimum of 2+ years of related work experience.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and business outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes using AI technologies.
• Ensure responsible, secure, and compliant use of AI technologies.
• Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided.
• Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with direct manager and/or direct reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of related work experience.
