Role Description

We are looking for a Temporary Software & Hardware Administrator located in Calgary, AB or surrounding area. The software and hardware administrator role primary responsibilities are to assist in purchasing licenses/devices. This includes:

• Working tickets
• Obtaining manager approvals
• Working with different vendors
• Updating tracking/inventory tools
• Building and maintaining different reporting tools (using PowerBi, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote)

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or Equivalent
• 0-6 months of relevant IT experience

Requirements

• Maintaining vendor relationships externally
• Administer software and hardware ordering
• Ensure document processes are organized and maintained regularly
• Reporting, building, and updating (Power Bi, Excel, OneNote, Power Apps)
• Software installation, troubleshooting and supporting internal customers with questions and requests
• Other duties as assigned by the manager
