Role Description

The IT Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the stability, reliability, and efficiency of IT Operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring day-to-day technology operations
• Leading project work related to the Desktop Support function
• Working closely with infrastructure, service desk, security, and application teams to ensure services meet defined SLAs and operational standards
• Supporting onboarding of new clients, new office locations, and process improvements
• Playing a key role in incident management, operational reporting, process improvement, and risk mitigation
• Translating technical data into actionable insights while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and security requirements
• Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across systems that support healthcare revenue cycle operations
• Identifying discrepancies, implementing corrective actions, and supporting data governance initiatives
• Applying technical and analytical skills to safeguard data quality and optimize processes
• Validating data accuracy and completeness across multiple systems
• Analyzing discrepancies and recommending corrective actions
• Collaborating with internal teams to implement data governance policies and best practices
• Documenting data integrity processes, workflows, and corrective measures
• Monitoring data flows and executing remediation steps to resolve identified issues promptly
• Supporting testing and verification of system updates or data migrations
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to initiatives that enhance data quality and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in IT operations or related field
• Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Requirements

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with incident management and operational reporting
• Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations is a plus
