Role Description

We are looking for an intermediate level profile for daily operational support and administration for Microsoft cloud services such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Defender. The roles involve:

• Handling incoming tickets
• Creating documentation on the existing infrastructure
• Supporting the Platform Manager in creating governance policies
• Monitoring and change management of new features released by Microsoft
• Collaborating with administrators of other Microsoft 365 services to ensure smooth platform operations

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft cloud services (SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Defender)
• Strong understanding of endpoint management and security operations
• Ability to design and deploy scalable virtual desktop environments
• Knowledge of identity and access management

Requirements

• Efficiently manage and resolve daily support tickets related to Microsoft services
• Monitor platform performance and escalate issues when necessary
• Use of PowerShell to update system configurations when applicable
• Create and maintain documentation of the current infrastructure
• Provide ongoing technical and operational support to the Platform Managers
• Administer SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Defender, Purview, and Copilot
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation
