Role Description

Seeking an experienced HRIS professional to provide interim support for the HR Information Systems Manager role. This individual will oversee Workday operations, integrations, reporting, security, and change management while ensuring business continuity and system stability. The consultant will partner with HR, IT, Payroll, and key stakeholders to maintain accurate, compliant, and effective HR systems.

• Provide interim leadership and support for the Workday environment, with a focus on integrations and business continuity.
• Partner with HR Operations and the managed services provider to maintain HRIS operations and resolve production issues.
• Support Open Enrollment and SOX audit activities.
• Manage and maintain Workday integrations, troubleshooting issues and coordinating defect resolution.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday processes, controls, reporting, and user support.
• Coordinate HRIS changes, testing, approvals, documentation, and deployments in compliance with internal controls and change management standards.
• Maintain integration documentation, schedules, and issue tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years or Master's degree with 3+ years of HRIS, HR, or IT experience.
• Strong Workday HRIS experience required; Workday Integrations experience preferred.
• Workday certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Workday security, reporting, integrations, and configuration.
• Experience supporting Open Enrollment and/or SOX compliance activities.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and balance multiple priorities.
