Role Description

The Therapy Recruiter will specialize in cultivating relationships with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists interested in travel career opportunities. They will provide the best possible experience for traveling therapists through:

• Initiating contact
• Maintaining exceptional rapport
• Providing extraordinary customer service

Responsibilities include:

• Leading full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract, screen, and onboard physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists.
• Proactively contacting and recruiting prospective therapists to establish relationships, understand their needs, and qualify them for job opportunities.
• Educating prospective therapists on the personal and professional benefits of a travel healthcare career.
• Generating leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning, and referrals.
• Striving for continuous improvement and career advancement.
• Maintaining strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals.
• Working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a sense of urgency.
• Exhibiting a candidate-centered mentality and passion for customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of one year, preferably 2+ years, of proven success in a metrics-driven sales or staffing environment
• Obsessed with creating great experiences for healthcare professionals

Compensation

Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $60,000 starting annually, plus commissions. The pay scale may vary based on the applicant's experience. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
