Role Description

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Advisor is responsible for providing consultative support and advising the organization on best practice and effective recruitment strategies to fill open positions. This role works with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create sourcing strategies, and advise on hiring plans.

• Primary contact for hiring leaders, focusing on understanding short- and long-term business needs.
• Partnering with leaders on workforce planning.
• Managing supporting recruitment strategies, passive outreach, and offer negotiations.
• This role is remote and reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Qualifications

• 5 years recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. In lieu of degree, 6 years of administrative/Human Resources/recruiting related experience.

Requirements

• Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
• A proactive, results-oriented approach, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and act independently to balance and evaluate processes to impact change.
