[Hiring] Technical Recruiter @Strattmont

Role Description

We're looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong understanding of software engineering, cloud infrastructure, AI, and emerging technologies. You'll take ownership of challenging technical recruitment assignments, working directly with hiring managers, engineering leaders, CTOs, and founders to identify and engage highly skilled professionals.

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding technical requirements to candidate selection and successful placement.
• Proactively identify and engage passive engineering talent through various sourcing channels.
• Build targeted talent maps across companies, technologies, industries, and geographic markets.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill, senior, and highly specialized engineering positions.
• Maintain qualified talent pipelines rather than relying exclusively on active vacancies or incoming applications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within an international recruitment agency, RPO, or specialized technology recruitment environment.
• Demonstrated success recruiting software engineers, cloud professionals, DevOps engineers, AI specialists, or similar technical positions.
• Strong understanding of software development technologies, engineering roles, and modern technology environments.
• Advanced sourcing and headhunting capabilities, particularly when engaging passive candidates.
• Experience working directly with technical hiring managers and understanding complex job descriptions.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong candidate interviewing, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.

Requirements

• Previous recruitment experience across Saudi Arabia, the GCC, Europe, or the United States.
• Experience recruiting for SaaS, AI, cloud services, IoT, enterprise software, or technology consulting companies.
• A track record of placing senior engineers, technical architects, engineering managers, or technology leaders.
• Familiarity with GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI-powered recruitment tools.
• Understanding of AWS ecosystems, enterprise technologies, and modern engineering team structures.
• Experience supporting startups, scale-ups, and enterprise technology clients.
