[Hiring] Team Manager, Senior Talent Agent @Dulcedo Management

Role Description

You will oversee a team of Agents, help them grow in confidence and performance, and play a direct role in continuing to shape our healthy, dynamic and high-performing culture. You will:

• Lead, coach, and mentor a small team, helping each individual grow in performance, confidence, and accountability.
• Hold regular 1:1s with team members to provide guidance, feedback, support, and strategic direction.
• Partner closely with Associate Directors and leadership to align on priorities, performance, team needs, and business opportunities.
• Take an active role in building your team through recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training, ensuring new hires are set up for long-term success.
• Lead performance reviews, support goal-setting, and help create development plans tailored to each team member.
• Continue representing talent directly and contributing to sales performance, while leading by example.

Qualifications

• Ideally, around 5+ years of experience in talent management or influencer marketing.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting more junior team members, formally or informally.
• A passion for mentoring people and for the creator space.
