Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Talent Sourcing Specialist to identify, engage, and build strong talent pipelines of exceptional creative professionals across India. This is a sourcing-focused role for someone who enjoys discovering high-quality talent, exploring niche creative communities, and connecting outstanding professionals with exciting career and project opportunities.

You will focus on sourcing talent across disciplines such as:

• Graphic design
• Motion design
• UX/UI
• Copywriting
• Video production
• Other creative fields

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
• Experience sourcing candidates in creative, design, marketing, advertising, or digital industries is preferred.
• Exposure to hiring for both full-time and freelance or contractual roles is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to identify relevant talent, maintain organized pipelines, and communicate effectively with candidates.

Requirements

• Proactively identify and source high-quality creative professionals across various disciplines.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies for full-time, freelance, and contractual positions.
• Explore multiple talent discovery platforms including LinkedIn, Behance, Dribbble, Instagram, and professional communities.
• Identify passive candidates who possess the skills and portfolios required by hiring clients.
• Build a diverse and readily accessible talent pool for creative hiring requirements.
• Experiment with search techniques, Boolean searches, keywords, and alternative sourcing channels.
• Review candidate profiles and portfolios to assess creative quality and relevant experience.
• Conduct preliminary screening and qualification discussions with candidates.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the sourcing process.
• Build, maintain, and regularly update a structured database of creative professionals.
• Track candidate sourcing activity, outreach status, and pipeline progress.
• Analyze the effectiveness of sourcing channels and outreach methods.
• Collaborate with recruitment and hiring teams to clarify requirements.
• Manage multiple sourcing assignments simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Benefits

• Salary range: Rs 380000 - Rs 420000 (ie INR 3.8 - 4.2 LPA)
