Role Description

Join a dynamic Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Pipeline Sourcer, where you'll drive high-volume candidate sourcing and pipeline development across multiple U.S.-based sites and job disciplines. In this hands-on role, you’ll collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a steady flow of qualified, diverse talent for both current and future workforce needs. Responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to build high-quality pipelines for engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and business roles
• Proactively identify, engage, and qualify both active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Boolean search, CRM/ATS, professional networks, and referrals
• Build and maintain segmented talent communities aligned to priority skill sets, locations, and hiring forecasts
• Analyze and track sourcing KPIs such as pipeline volume, candidate quality, response/conversion rates, and pipeline-to-hire success
• Adapt sourcing focus based on business demands, hiring volumes, and evolving workforce plans
• Maintain accurate data and documentation in ATS/CRM platforms
• Support sourcing campaigns, recruiting events, and accelerated hiring initiatives
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand position requirements and talent profiles

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in high-volume candidate sourcing or recruiting within a corporate, RPO, or large-scale talent acquisition setting
• Proven ability to manage multiple pipelines, priorities, and stakeholders under tight deadlines
• Expertise in sourcing across various job disciplines, functions, and U.S. locations
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Boolean search, and leading ATS/CRM systems
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments

Preferred Skills

• Track record supporting high-volume hiring across multiple geographic markets
• Experience sourcing talent in technical, engineering, manufacturing, or specialized fields
• Knowledge of Eightfold, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar enterprise talent platforms
• Familiarity with talent intelligence, labor market analytics, or compensation benchmarking tools
• Understanding of recruitment marketing, employer branding, and candidate engagement strategies
• Experience leveraging sourcing metrics and recruiting data for continuous improvement
