[Hiring] Talent Partner/Senior Talent Partner - Source @Scede

Role Description

As our next Talent Partner, you'll:

• Run between 1-5 sprints at once across tech, product, go-to-market and games.
• Hold weekly updates with hiring managers so they always know where things stand.
• Use funnel data to spot when a role is stalling and work out why.
• Utilise AI and be curious about new ways it can be used within your sourcing and strategy.
• Push back with evidence when a brief doesn’t match the market.
• Feed what you learn back into how we run Source.

Qualifications

• You’ve recruited in tech or games, whether that was embedded, in-house, RPO or agency.
• You love to source! You can build sourcing strategies, utilising AI, available platforms and current market trends to seek out those hard to find candidates.
• You treat recruitment as a craft. You want to know why something works, not just tick off the steps.
• You can recognise quickly when something isn't going to plan and can pivot your approach and strategy.
• You can interpret and use data to influence your hiring managers, presenting the facts to make the changes needed to make the hire.
• You talk openly about what’s gone wrong and what you learned from it.
• You can work autonomously.
• You’re comfortable working remotely and staying connected with a distributed team.
