[Hiring] Talent Manager @Panda Drum

Role Description

Panda Drum is seeking a dedicated recruiter to take ownership of our hiring operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Running the existing hiring playbook for the first month without changes.
• Sharpening the hiring machine from month two onward with data-driven improvements.
• Specifying, sourcing, and placing your own junior recruiter.
• Managing 5-10 concurrent pipelines in our ATS for various roles.
• Developing sourcing strategies, including headhunting A-players for senior positions.
• Conducting structured screenings and first-round calls using scorecards.
• Overseeing test task logistics, offer processes, and reference checks.
• Directing a sourcing assistant to handle volume under your guidance.
• Providing weekly hiring reports on pipeline health, metrics, and bottlenecks.
• Maintaining a visible scoreboard for time-to-fill, trial pass rates, retention, and candidate response SLA.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of structured recruitment experience, including hands-on sourcing and closing.
• Experience building or transforming hiring processes with demonstrable before-and-after results.
• Successful placements that have remained in their roles for 12+ months.
• Fluency with ATS and AI tools in daily recruiting workflows.
• Full CET working-hours overlap.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, and closing.
• In-house or embedded experience in a fast-growing company.
• Experience hiring remotely and internationally, particularly in LatAm and Europe.
• Track record of making 20+ hires, including lessons learned from failures.
• At least 1.5 years at one company.
• Excellent written English and ATS fluency (experience with Recruitee/Tellent).

Benefits

• $5,000-7,000 USD/month base salary, depending on experience.
• $200 bonus per hire passing their 60-day mark (paid quarterly), $500 for senior hires.
