[Hiring] Talent Management Lead @Breakmark

Role Description

We’re partnering with a fast-growing global technology company to find a highly experienced Talent Management professional who wants to make a significant impact as a senior individual contributor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with an exceptionally strong AI-first culture, where experimentation, automation, and building new solutions are actively encouraged.

You will lead strategic initiatives across four connected areas:

• Career development and performance management
• Talent and leadership development
• AI-enabled transformation of People practices
• Compensation programs, including incentives and stock options

This is not a traditional HR role. You will help rethink how talent practices should operate in an AI-native, globally scaling company—challenging established approaches, building practical solutions, and influencing senior stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading both talent management and talent development
• Operated at Head of Talent, Talent Director, or equivalent level
• Excited to return to a high-impact individual-contributor role
• Strong judgment and established expertise
• Confidently and diplomatically navigates complex senior stakeholders
• Knows when to challenge, when to adapt, and how to build internal support for new ideas
• Genuinely AI-fluent and eager to redesign how People teams work
• Builder mindset: if the right tool does not exist, you will find a way to create it
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, global environment
• Knowledge of incentive structures, equity or stock-option programs is valuable but not essential
• Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives is welcome, although it is not a core requirement
