[Hiring] Talent and Leadership Specialist @Alzheimer's Society

Role Description

As our Talent & Leadership Specialist, you’ll help us explore questions about leadership and development opportunities that make a real difference. You’ll be part of our Talent & Development team, working with leaders and colleagues across Alzheimer’s Society to help people build their skills, confidence, and careers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, delivering, and evaluating leadership and talent development programmes for managers and leaders.
• Facilitating engaging workshops and learning sessions where people can learn, share ideas, and build their confidence.
• Working with leaders and colleagues to understand what people need and create development that makes a difference.
• Developing resources, frameworks, and career pathways that help people grow and prepare for future roles.
• Leading our coaching and mentoring approach, helping colleagues access the right support to develop and progress.
• Using data, feedback, digital learning, and AI tools to improve how we develop our people.
• Keeping up to date with new ideas and best practices, bringing useful approaches into our work.

You’ll also contribute to wider People projects, ensuring leadership and talent development is accessible and inclusive for everyone.

Qualifications

• Specialist knowledge of leadership, management, and talent development.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership, management, or talent development programmes.
• Ability to facilitate engaging learning sessions and create an environment where people feel comfortable to learn.
• Strong relationship-building skills to influence and communicate with people at all levels.
• Organized, curious, and solutions-focused with the ability to manage different priorities.
• Commitment to inclusion and values such as Compassion and working Better together.
