[Hiring] Talent Acquisition Specialist @Anna Autism Care

Role Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in building and scaling ANNA’s workforce to meet the growing demand for high-quality autism care. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations, this individual will own the full recruitment process for Behavior Therapists and Senior Behavior Therapists, driving high-volume hiring to ensure each center is staffed with qualified, mission-aligned professionals.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and processing offers.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across new and existing markets.
• Streamline hiring processes to enable ANNA to grow efficiently while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality and experience.
• Ensure our growing centers have the talent they need to deliver high-quality, neuroaffirming autism care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience managing multiple open positions and coordinating high-volume recruitment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Comfortable using AI tools to support recruitment tasks.
• Available to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
• Must have a reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet connection.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to follow established recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting for healthcare, education, or other people-focused environments (preferred).
• Experience using Ashby or other modern applicant tracking systems (preferred).
• Interest in ANNA's mission and commitment to neurodiversity-affirming autism care (preferred).

• Base pay: $22,000 to $28,000 USD annually (approx. ₱1,280,000–₱1,630,000 PHP) based on experience and skills.
