Role Description

MasTec Industrial is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist I or II to help attract, engage, and hire the skilled professionals who power complex industrial construction projects across North America. In this role, you'll partner closely with operations leaders to anticipate workforce needs, solve hiring challenges, and build talent pipelines that support both today's projects and tomorrow's growth.

This is a true full-cycle recruiting role with the opportunity to recruit for a diverse range of positions, including:

• Project engineers
• Field engineers
• Schedulers
• Estimators
• Project controls professionals
• Operations support staff
• Construction leadership roles

Location & Travel Details: This is a remote position, which can be located anywhere in the continental United States. Must be able to work within regular business hours Monday-Friday between 7am-6pm of the applicable time zone. We offer all IT equipment, including a work cell phone or cell phone reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year recruiting experience is required, construction or related industry experience preferred (Talent Acquisition Specialist I)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to travel up to 10%, for career fair and other recruiting efforts may be required
• Compensation: $65,000-$85,000 / year, commensurate with experience
• Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience with at least 1 year in construction preferred (Talent Acquisition Specialist II)
• Compensation: $75,000-$95,000 / year, commensurate with experience

Requirements

• Knowledge of EEO, OFCCP, and employment law compliance
• Experience sourcing talent through job boards, social media, networking, and internet research
• Experience with iCIMS or other applicant tracking systems preferred
• Strong relationship-building and consultative communication skills
• Ability to influence, coach, and partner with hiring leaders
• Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
• Ability to build credibility with candidates, hiring teams, and senior leaders
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Skilled in sourcing strategy, candidate engagement, and talent attraction
• Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based recruiting tools
