[Hiring] Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition @L3Harris Technologies

Role Description

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on all aspects of the talent acquisition process to include:
  • Recruitment strategy
  • Candidate identification and selection
  • Compensation recommendations
  • Offer extension
• Provide efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate and hiring manager through all stages of the recruiting lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System with adherence to compliance and talent acquisition processes.
• Demonstrate uncompromising ethical standards, integrity, and respect.
• Maintain composure under pressure and deadlines.
• Operate with a high sense of urgency (action-oriented).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience in Full Cycle recruiting with active sourcing, or
• Graduate Degree or equivalent with 4 years of prior related experience, or
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience is required.

Requirements

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Previous experience in agency and/or corporate recruiting.
• Progressive knowledge and expertise in:
  • Sourcing methodologies
  • Candidate assessment/interviewing
  • Selection of talent
  • Closing strategies (negotiations, etc.)
