Role Description

We are looking for an experienced, driven and client-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team.

• Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and business development activities.
• Meet with clients to understand their recruitment needs, company culture and hiring requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviews, shortlisting, offers and placements.
• Conduct client consultations and provide professional recruitment advice.
• Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals and other recruitment channels.
• Manage multiple vacancies and client accounts simultaneously.
• Provide regular feedback and maintain excellent communication with clients and candidates.
• Work towards individual placement, business development and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in a recruitment agency is essential.
• Strong experience in client-facing recruitment and managing client relationships directly.
• Demonstrated experience in business development, winning new clients and generating recruitment opportunities.
• A solid understanding of the full recruitment process.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated and results-driven approach.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload in a remote environment.
• A passion for recruitment, people and building successful client partnerships.

Requirements

• Previous recruitment agency experience, including direct client-facing experience, is a non-negotiable requirement for this position.
