[Hiring] Talent Acquisition Sourcer @Corpay

Role Description

• Leverages relevant channels and tools to attract qualified candidates to open roles. Explores creative methods to build our employer brand such as special interest groups, job boards, social media, career fairs, and networking events.
• Possesses strong organizational knowledge and articulates Corpay’s employee and client value propositions in a compelling manner.
• Interviews applicants to validate their work experience, education, skills, competencies, and salary requirements.
• Succinctly summarizes candidate information from phone screens and recommends qualified candidates.
• Schedules and coordinates interview activity, providing timely feedback to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Provides frequent, data-driven updates to HR leadership to report on recruiting progress.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience in a similar fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Previous sourcing for Operations, professional, IT, and/or sales
• Proven ability to strategize, prioritize, and develop creative new methods to attract talent to fuel candidate pipelines
• Outstanding communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Knowledge in MS Office and database systems such as ATS programs
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of behavioral, situational, and/or competency-based interviewing techniques
