Role Description

This position plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for our organization. The Senior Recruiter is responsible for creating, leading, and executing the end-to-end recruitment process, including the development and maintenance of excellent relationships with hiring managers, business partners, and candidates. Responsibilities encompass all phases of the recruiting and selection process including:

• Business unit support
• Recruitment strategies
• Sourcing
• Screening
• Presenting qualified candidates job offers with a focus on diversity

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the entire recruiting process for positions within assigned business unit or corporate business advisory area.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct thorough job specifications with hiring managers to determine needs of the position.
• Review job descriptions to ensure appropriate information is included for advertisement, internet postings, and targeted job boards.
• Adhere to aggressive recruiting pace designed to shorten days to fill the requisition.
• Using iCIMS, advertise vacancies and identify potential qualified job candidates.
• Search for job candidates using iCIMS and additional recruiting sources.
• Drive the entire recruiting process by engaging candidates through interviews.
• Screen, interview, and assess qualified applicants and refer them to hiring managers.
• Coordinate, schedule, and arrange manager interviews.
• Compile interview results and ensure interview feedback is recorded appropriately.
• Notify applicants concerning their select/not-select status.
• Negotiate and extend employment offers.
• Walk candidates through the full life-cycle recruitment process, including onboarding.
• Coordinate background checks, employment verification, Visa process, and reference checks.
• Prepare new hires and managers for start.
• Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the applicant tracking system.
• Recruit for multiple openings concurrently.
• Maintain a strong relationship with candidates and review all internal applications.
• Communicate regularly with hiring managers to establish rapport and source new candidate leads.
• Effectively utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to develop and maintain a network of potential candidates.
• Coordinate and participate in Job Fairs and other recruiting activities.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement enhancements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Mentor recruiters and recruiting coordinators on all aspects of the recruiting life cycle.
• Provide consultation and training to departments regarding the hiring process.
• May be asked to perform other duties as assigned or directed by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of six (6) years' related experience in end-to-end high volume lifecycle recruiting.
• Proven experience in creative sourcing strategies, including diversity sourcing and outreach.
• U.S. federal government contracting recruiting experience or equivalent high-volume staffing agency experience.

Requirements

• May travel up to 20% for extended periods of time to support domestic and international recruiting activities.
