Role Description

A day in the life of a Talent Acquisition Partner is centered around managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and hire top talent for Stanley Martin Homes. Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with hiring managers to understand ideal candidate profiles.
• Creating tailored strategies for sourcing candidates through various avenues such as job boards, career fairs, and LinkedIn.
• Reviewing resumes and conducting prescreens.
• Presenting qualified candidates to hiring teams.
• Coordinating interviews and facilitating debriefs.
• Managing offer processes.
• Building and maintaining relationships with universities, schools, and associations.
• Participating in events like open houses and career fairs.
• Identifying and testing innovative sourcing methodologies to refine recruitment processes.
• Monitoring applications and collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition team.
• Fostering a positive, team-oriented environment while upholding Stanley Martin’s mission, vision, and values.

• Proven recruiting experience.

• Exudes active listening, confidence, and respect when communicating with others.

Requirements

• A college degree (Nice to Have).
• Experience in recruiting for the homebuilding or related industry (Nice to Have).
