Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Full Lifecycle Recruiter with 5+ years of experience, ideally across technical and non-technical roles in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You should be a proactive talent advisor who seamlessly handles everything from strategic sourcing and candidate screening to guiding hiring managers with data-driven insights.

• Partner with business leaders to execute on recruiting strategies for proactive sourcing, recruiting and interviewing for current and future needs.
• Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting including, sourcing, screening and scheduling candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Acts as liaison between candidates, Hiring Managers and HR business partners providing guidance and communication through the interview, offer, and hiring process.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their teams needs, priorities and long term goals.
• Influence leaders with available talent data, including incumbent performance data and external talent pool data to ensure we are creating robust pipelines of ideal candidates.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights and guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
• Responsible for evaluating complex issues to develop logical conclusions, and make appropriate recommendations using analytical and a problem solving mindset.
• Responsible for providing as needed individual support and training to the recruiting team, ensuring process steps are executed correctly.
• Manage and track the job approval workflow, ensuring timely movement and clear communication.
• Be willing to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary by the business and accept all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant recruitment industry experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Full Life Cycle Recruiter, ideally with a focus on both technical and non-technical roles within a small to mid-size SaaS environment preferred.
• Strong expertise in sourcing methods, candidate assessment, and interview techniques.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills required to evaluate complex issues, develop logical conclusions, and make appropriate recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed recruitment metrics/KPI’s on a consistent basis.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Proactive mindset to help grow the business aligned to organizational goals.
• Experience identifying and leading or participating in process improvement projects for Talent Acquisition.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality with executive leadership.
