[Hiring] Talent Acquisition Manager @Safelite

Role Description

Lead a team of associates supporting field, contact center or supply chain recruiting and selection activities to ensure adequate staffing levels.

• Drive team performance through leadership and coaching of KPIs and talent acquisition competencies.
• Effectively hire, develop, train, and engage a team of direct reports at various levels.
• Analyze KPIs and various additional data points to determine team performance.
• Assess trends and leverage knowledge, data, and competitive intelligence to develop creative and customized strategies.
• Identify challenges and drive resolution through developing solutions.
• Partner with business leaders to develop strategies to source and assess talent.
• Influence leaders and business partners on adopting strategies and processes that produce the best hiring decisions.
• Work cross-functionally with the COE to determine advertising strategy and make budget recommendations based upon staffing needs.
• Drive team adoption and utilization of tools to create an optimized recruitment process.
• Lead various projects to support team initiatives driving continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience Required

Requirements

• 4-6 years Required
• Previous talent acquisition and leadership experience Preferred
• Workday experience Preferred
