[Hiring] Talent Acquisition Advisor @InEvent

Role Description

InEvent is looking for a TA Advisor who is fascinated by building a hiring pipeline process, with the motivation to search for talent using various online channels and to nurture relationships with new applicants. You must have a desire to learn in a fast-paced tech start-up and make it happen!

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment within a broad and complex portfolio of business roles;
• Play a key role in forecasting and planning conversations, lead recruitment-related projects, and apply expertise to build strong relationships with managers;
• Support the dynamic talent needs of our Global Growth, focusing on attracting new talent to our teams;
• Actively attract a wide portfolio of tech and non-tech talent using various innovative online sourcing tools and strategies;
• Interview, evaluate, and match skilled professionals to InEvent requirements;
• Deliver brand-worthy candidate experiences;
• Prepare monthly recruitment reports;
• Help the team and company achieve monthly results by developing and driving;
• Accountability for personal talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English to communicate and interact with global candidates.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience is mandatory.
• Must have ATS experience.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms;
• Be responsible, have a sense of urgency and initiative;
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities;
• Resilient to learn continuously in a startup;
• Must have a personal notebook (Mac or Windows).
• Must have a mobile device (iOS or Android);
• Flexibility to adapt to different time zones;
• Resilient to learn continuously in a startup.

Contract

This is a Permanent, Full-time position (40h per week), on an Independent Contractor status.
