[Hiring] Strategic Workforce Planning Expert @UNIQA Group Services

Role Description

This is a position suitable for passionate professionals who want to work for a leading European Insurance Group on a very flexible work schedule. You will work as part of a multinational group with true, large, enterprise-wide systems, complex architectures and real-life constraints (speed, performance, non-stop systems availability) and are going to be part of an agile team aimed at designing and implementing enterprise level solutions.

Contract duration: permanent

Schedule: full-time (8 hrs/day, Monday to Friday)

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate SWP cycles and the planning calendar, managing milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure the organization of workshops and governance meetings and support implementation waves.
• Support workforce baseline and gap analyses and ensure the preparation of workforce analyses and reports.
• Propose and drive enhancements to workforce analyses and reporting.
• Ensure stakeholder engagement and co-facilitate SWP workshops and discussions.
• Partner with People Business Partners, Business Leaders, and Finance to integrate workforce planning into strategic and financial planning processes.
• Co-create training and communication materials, deliver training to local entities, and track adoption metrics and actions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Strategic Workforce Planning methodologies, processes, tools, and governance through stakeholder feedback and best practice benchmarking.
• Support the development and maintenance of Skills Taxonomy and Job Architecture frameworks, ensuring alignment with strategic workforce planning, workforce analytics, and future skills needs.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in HR, Workforce Planning, HR Business Partnering, HR Analytics, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, or related fields.
• Understanding of Strategic Workforce Planning concepts, methodologies, and workforce analytics.
• Knowledge of Job Architecture, Job grading & Skills Frameworks.
• Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting (xlookup, pivot tables, …).
• Excellent communication in English and presentation skills, including workshop facilitation.
• Experience creating documentation, reports, training and process guidance materials.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across countries and functions.
• Continuous improvement mindset, combined with a structured and pragmatic approach.
