Role Description

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for providing administrative/project support to the recruiting team. This role will assist with various tasks related to the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing applicant tracking systems. The TA Specialist will deliver superior experiences to potential talent through the recruiting and hiring process and will maintain working relationships with internal stakeholders. This position will also be responsible for projects assigned in relationship with recruiting.

• Source and screen candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
• Help in the creation and facilitation of offer letters, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
• Ensure candidates have clarity and support as they submit to background checks and navigate that process.
• Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Provide administrative support to the recruiting team, such as creating job postings, generating reports, and managing candidate communications.
• Lead and manage multiple recruitment projects from initiation to completion.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition supporting hiring and previous project manager experience.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an HR related field (preferred).
• Previous experience with ATS, background vendor and/or CRM (preferred).
• Previous experience using an ATS to manage requisitions, candidates, talent communities, communication, and data insights (preferred).
• Project Management in pharmaceutical/life sciences a plus (preferred).
