Role Description

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is a remote, work from home position, as are all positions at Acceleration Partners. Some travel is required for client meetings or other internal meetings, conferences, etc.

Acceleration Partners is looking for a true talent partner: someone with a genuine, vested interest in identifying the best possible candidates for our hiring managers, saving them time and creating real efficiency in their day. You'll conduct thoughtful, consultative job intake with hiring managers to deeply understand the role, the team, and what “great” actually looks like. You'll source proactively with LinkedIn Recruiter to reach passive candidates, filter talent through screening, and own talent acquisition end to end for Acceleration Partners.

This is a high-volume, in-house corporate recruiting role that is both strategic and tactical, and it is global in scope. You'll be running multiple searches and conducting multiple candidate interviews every day, while also looking for ways to improve the function.

Qualifications

• Deep in-house/corporate recruiting experience; agency or staffing-only backgrounds are not a fit.
• Excited by recruiting globally across the US, Europe, and at times Asia, including roles that require language fluency.
• Experience recruiting for senior or executive-level roles.
• Genuinely enjoy high-volume recruiting and conducting multiple interviews a day.
• Naturally consultative and curious, asking the right questions in job intake.
• Think strategically about the recruiting function while staying hands-on with tactical work.
• Track record of building tools like interview scorecards or interviewer training.
• Comfortable using AI tools to work more efficiently while ensuring a high-touch candidate experience.
• Excellent judgment, resourcefulness, and confidence to advise hiring managers.
• Thrive working independently and remotely, with strong ownership and follow-through.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, with meaningful time spent in an in-house/corporate talent acquisition function.
• Experience recruiting for senior, executive, or high-stakes roles preferred.
• Proven sourcing expertise, including hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience recruiting across multiple geographies preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience building interview scorecards or interviewer training programs.
• Practical experience using AI tools to support recruiting workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.

• Target Salary is $90,000–$115,000 depending on location and experience.
