Role Description

We're looking for an experienced HR & Talent Acquisition Partner who can support our clients across both human resources and recruiting functions. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys the variety of HR but also loves finding and hiring great talent. Depending on client needs, you may be supporting:

• Day-to-day HR operations
• Advising business leaders
• Managing full-cycle recruiting
• A combination of all three

While this is a fully remote position, we're looking for someone located in the Rochester, NY area who has established professional relationships and connections within the local talent market. These relationships will be valuable in supporting our clients' recruiting needs.

We're open to both part-time and full-time candidates, with hours determined based on experience, availability, and business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience AND 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Direct experience managing full-cycle recruiting, including proactive candidate sourcing
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and employee relations
• Experience advising managers and business leaders on HR matters
• Ability to independently manage recruiting requisitions from intake through hire
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting between HR and recruiting responsibilities
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new HRIS, ATS, and collaboration platforms
• Someone who is equally comfortable developing a strategy and executing the day-to-day work

Requirements

• Experience working in a fractional HR, consulting, or outsourced HR environment
• Experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses, startups, or growing organizations
• Experience recruiting for professional, corporate, or technical positions
• Established professional relationships and candidate networks within the Rochester, NY market
• Experience with platforms such as Rippling, Paylocity, Gusto, or various applicant tracking systems
