[Hiring] Senior Recruiter & HR Business Partner @Zexter

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter & HR Business Partner (iGaming Sector) to lead recruitment for key roles while partnering closely with employees and managers across multiple countries, entities, and employee groups. This role combines hands-on talent acquisition with employee-focused HR support, playing an important role in both building our teams and supporting our people throughout the employee lifecycle.

The Senior Recruiter & HRBP will manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviews, candidate management, offers, and onboarding coordination. Alongside recruitment, the role will provide practical HR support across:

• Employee relations
• Performance management
• Employee development
• Compensation and benefits
• Day-to-day HR matters

The role will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, attract strong iGaming talent, and ensure a positive candidate and employee experience. It will also contribute to building consistent and scalable recruitment and HR practices across the organisation.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of experience as an HRBP in the iGaming industry
• At least 2-3 years of proven work experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the iGaming industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in both Russian and English is mandatory
• Exposure to or experience as an HR Business Partner or similar advisory role
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employment practices
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Familiarity with ATS systems and HRIS platforms
• Experience working in international or remote teams

Requirements

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical, commercial, and operational roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and hiring timelines
• Proactively source candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Track and report recruitment metrics and pipeline health
