• Hiring people for tech roles - Developers, Product and Project Managers, Integration Engineers, Site Reliability Engineers etc.
• Working in a fast-growing international company, you will be hiring in 10+ countries all around Europe.
• Active sourcing and working with international talents.
• Providing the best candidate experience, being responsible for end-to-end recruiting.
• Working on projects to achieve operational excellence in talent acquisition.
• Stakeholder Management - working closely with hiring managers to ensure fast and smooth processes and an excellent candidate experience.
• Working in changing environments - ecosio got acquired by Vertex and you will experience the full integration into Vertex.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English.
• Experience with hiring tech roles in a growing B2B SaaS company.
• Experience with international hiring with focus on Europe.
• A proactive approach to finding and implementing solutions that improve hiring outcomes.
• Strong task ownership.
• Basic understanding of software engineering concepts and terminology.
• Interest in new hiring tools and continuous improvement of our processes.
• Track record as an in-house talent acquisition partner.

• Fluency in additional languages (German, Spanish, French, Polish etc.) - nice to have.
• Experience working with Greenhouse or Workday - nice to have.
• Experience working in a remote-first environment - nice to have.
• Track record using new AI recruiting tools such as Metaview/JuiceBox etc. - nice to have.
• Interest in Employer Branding - nice to have.
