Role Description

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for designated open positions at WellBe Senior Medical, with a primary focus on data and IT roles, including Data Engineers, Data Systems Analysts, and related positions. This individual will deliver a customer-focused recruitment experience and serve as a talent acquisition subject matter expert in support of WellBe’s “Right Hire” talent acquisition strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining consistent communication with hiring teams.
• Sharing talent acquisition metrics and performance standards.
• Supporting recruitment process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promoting consistency and compliance with WellBe Senior Medical’s employment policies and programs.
• Contributing to broader Human Resources initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of recruiting experience within a healthcare agency or corporate recruiting environment.
• Four years of experience in high-volume sourcing and recruitment production.
• Knowledge of healthcare recruitment and/or healthcare terminology preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Systems Analysts, or similar technical professionals.
• Working knowledge of the data and IT landscape, including SQL, Python, ETL processes, data pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data warehousing, and business intelligence (BI) tools.
• Ability to consistently achieve and maintain recruitment metrics and performance expectations appropriate for a Senior Recruiter role.
• Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) requirements, and applicable employment laws.
• Proficiency with computer-based applications and recruiting tools, including Google Workspace (G-Suite), Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems (ATS), particularly iCIMS, online resume mining and sourcing platforms, internet job boards, and interactive media tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in change management and adapting to evolving processes and business needs.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Visual acuity and fine motor skills necessary to perform essential job functions.
• Ability to travel to various locations as needed.

Benefits

• Salary: $75,773 - $126,288/year
• Remote position.
• Travel may be required up to 20%, locally or nationally.
