Responsibilities:

• Provide professional, outsourced HR and HR consulting services to multiple clients across varying industries.
• Manage daily HR and administrative functions for clients.
• Prepare, process, and run payroll for clients according to client payroll schedules, and maintain data integrity in the HRIS / payroll system.
• Perform full-cycle recruitment services for multiple positions across all levels of a client’s organization, including applicant tracking, interviewing, and reference/background checks.
• Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries/requests that come through the dedicated Advantage HR mailbox.
• Build relationships with clients and employees as a trusted HR resource through clear and consistent communication and timely execution of deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or experience in lieu of degree.
• Three (3) or more years of progressive HR experience, with functional HR knowledge across all disciplines including compliance, benefits, employee relations, talent management, and compensation.
• Proficiency using ADP Workforce Now / ADP Run.
• Previous experience preparing and processing payroll.
• Functional knowledge of all MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

You’re an ideal candidate if you also have the following preferred qualifications:

• Extensive experience using Excel and other data tools to conduct detailed analysis.
• Previous experience with ATS platforms (ADP preferred).
• Strong functional knowledge of payroll processes, requirements, and regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, both with internal colleagues and external clients, at all levels within an organization.
• Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects for multiple clients.
• HRCI / SHRM certification.

Requirements

• The pay range for this position is $55,000 to $91,500. This range represents a good-faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation the firm expects to pay for this position at the time of posting.
• Actual compensation will depend on a variety of relevant factors, including an applicant’s skills, experience, qualifications, professional certifications, work arrangements, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs.
• It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
