Role Description

Join our Human Resources team as Senior Expert Payroll Solutions EMEA (x|f|m) and play a key role in shaping and advancing global payroll solutions that enable efficient, compliant, and harmonized people processes across countries and regions. In this position, you will drive payroll-related initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll systems, processes, and data quality. Through your expertise, you will help build scalable solutions that support our global HR organization in achieving its mission: better health for more people.

Responsibilities

• Drive the continuous improvement and harmonization of global payroll solutions, processes, and governance frameworks across EMEA
• Lead and contribute to international HR and Payroll transformation projects, ensuring scalable and sustainable solutions
• Act as a subject matter expert for payroll-related processes, systems, and data flows
• Collaborate with payroll providers, HR teams, HRIT, Finance, and external partners to enhance payroll service delivery
• Identify process inefficiencies, data quality issues, and automation opportunities and translate them into sustainable solutions
• Support the implementation and optimization of payroll technologies and digital HR solutions
• Develop meaningful reporting, dashboards, and KPIs to promote transparency, compliance, and operational excellence
• Enable data-driven decision-making through the analysis of payroll and HR data
• Contribute to the ongoing standardization of payroll processes across countries and regions

Qualifications

• Academic degree in Management, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in Payroll, Global Payroll Operations, Payroll Solutions, HRIS, HR Technology, or a related field
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, payroll governance, and payroll data structures within an international organization
• Experience working with payroll vendors and external service providers
• Knowledge of payroll-related systems such as Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, Alight, or comparable platforms is highly desirable
• Proven experience in driving process improvement, standardization, and transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Project management experience in international and cross-functional environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across different functions and cultures
• Fluency in English
