Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver People Advisory projects related to talent management, organizational development, and change management.
• Conduct detailed assessments and analyses to support workforce planning, organizational design, and change initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop practical, data-driven recommendations and implementation plans.
• Support senior leaders in executing people strategies and change programs to achieve business objectives.
• Prepare clear and impactful presentations, reports, and communications for stakeholders at various levels.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities to drive adoption of change initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of People Advisory services.
• Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to build their consulting capabilities.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to People Advisory.
